HOW TO SHOP WITH US

1)      Browse our categories and sub categories until you find what you are looking for, or try using our search feature (see above, top left).

2)      When you find the product you wish to purchase, check the bottom of the page for ‘product reviews’ if any.

3)      Take note of our estimated delivery date (shown just under the price).

4)      Click ‘add to cart’, you will then be directed to your shopping cart page (this will list the products you may wish to purchase), You can either click ‘continue shopping’ or ‘checkout’.

5)      If you decide to continue shopping, repeat the above until you have found everything you wish.

6)      When you have found all the items you require, either click ‘view cart’ (displayed top right or bottom left of your page). Or if you are already at the view cart stage, click ‘checkout’ to continue.

7)      After clicking ‘checkout’, you will notice the secure sign (padlock) in your address bar, you will then be asked to register, (don’t worry, under no circumstances will we share your details with marketing companies)!

8)      Complete your address and login details. We ask you to register only for making life simple, (you will be able to log in and check the status of you order at any time).

9)      After filling in the required information, you will see a button asking you to ‘pay via PayPal’, PLEASE NOTE : YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REGISTER YOUR CARD OR ADDRESS DETAILS TO US THIS SERVICE, however if you already have a PayPal account you can us it with our site,

10)   Now here is the important part, WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CARD DETAILS, If you don’t have a PayPal account, you will be transferred to their (PayPal’s) secure payment service (you will be asked for your card details, but don’t worry, as PayPal offer you as the customer , a secure transaction with buyer protection*).

11)   When you have completed the above, we will receive your order details and get to work A.S.A.P….!
